Founder & President

Darell Rodgers

darell@operation-redemption.org

Mr. Rodgers is the proud father of two sons. He believes it is not our choice to be our children’s father and primary faith trainer, it is our duty. Our children are at a much greater risk of becoming unfortunate statistics without biblical guidance and a father-figure who honors their commitments to them.

Raised absent of a father-figure and deceived on multiple occasions of his biological father’s true identity, Mr. Rodgers not only cumulated the passion to be the father he never experienced as a child but the determination to redeem the culture of fathers our children desperately deserve.

Mr. Rodgers has experienced life in feast and famine, both pre and post salvation. But  through his Faith, which has given him vision and provided him clear discernment of his calling (Proverbs 3:5-6),  Mr. Rodgers has returned to the environments of his past to share these testimonies for God’s Glory so that man can witness the power of God's reward when we remain steadfast in Him.

Mr. Rodgers has 24 years of successful experience in the Information Technology industry where he is an Executive Consultant for Rodgers Technologies, suported by a Master's in Quality Systems Management and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is a veteran, inventor, and survivor. He is a member of Bay Area Church, member of the Positive Coaching Alliance, inductee of Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society, member and moderator of Men’s Fraternity – Quest for Authentic Manhood, and currently pursuing his Doctorate in Stratigic Leadership at Regent University.  Mr. Rodgers is currently writing his first book, “A Step to Remember – A Fatherless Father’s Story of Redemption.”

Treasurer

Tim Sharer

Mr. Sharer has spent more than 25 years in the business world to include founding his own financial planning company, Sharer McKinley Group, LLC, in 2002. Additionally, Mr Sharer contributes his time to coaching boy's high school basketball.

Outside of his professions, he has volunteered helping high school and college students make the transition from adolescence to adulthood. He has worked with kids from all races and socioeconomic backgrounds in attempt to minimize their risks of drug abuse and incarceration. Many have eventually become pastors, professional athletes, teachers and police officers.

The one consistent dynamic that has contributed to their fate has been the role their father has played in their lives. His experience has shown father/child relationships with stronger bonds and support have produced greater opportunities for children to make moral choices. His ultimate aspiration is to encourage all fathers to be the type of father that gives their children the greatest opportunity to succeed as they follow God’s will for their lives.
